Adam is currently working as a senior user experience designer at RI3K. Here he's responsible for the ongoing user experience and interface development of web applications used by many major insurance companies on the UK and global reinsurance markets. The applications enable paperless trading services for the industry being both cost effective, simple and secure.

Adam previously worked as an interface developer for Associated Northcliff Digital (AND). As part of Adams role within the technical delivery team he maintained a high level of collaboration between AND and 3rd parties both internally and external. These ranged form software suppliers to agencies and contract staff engaged in key projects for the publishing and commercial divisions within DMGT where simplicity, quality and maintainability were key.

Simplicity and maintainability are created with the use of web standards, xhtml, css and JavaScript. Standards combined create an environment whereby websites can be accessible to those with disabilities and open to search engines whilst maintaining high levels of design integrity.

A detailed overview of Adams experience can be found on his resume which also contains work examples. These can be viewed in his portfolio which includes online design and build work along with print design and branding examples.
