eAsisst is a CRM call centre product enabling business with customer support services cut costs in the area of people numbers by giving customers automated and access to catalogued support information. The solution also stores all the contact that a customer has with the service to track and speed up direct contact with the company. The screens show the redevelopment of online branding and style suggested when entering the European market.
